What happens at your limit?
When you reach your monthly action limit, your channels pause until your actions reset.Your actions reset on the same day of the month you first paid, whether you pay monthly or yearly, and the Billing page shows your next reset date.
To keep sending without a pause, turn on auto top-up or auto-upgrade from the Billing page.
What does a paused channel look like?
A paused channel returns one of two codes:
Picking a plan (or topping up, or upgrading) resumes your channels right away.
What if I’m already on a paid plan?
Your current plan runs until the end of the period you already paid for.After that, you choose a plan to move to, and your channels pause until you do.
What does Meta charge for?
Meta bills per delivered message, charged to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account.Since October 1, 2026, this includes your replies inside the 24-hour customer service window.
The 1,000 free replies reset every month and do not roll over.

Meta stops delivering your replies once the 1,000 free replies for the month are used up.Add a payment method in Meta Business Suite under Billing & payments to keep replies flowing.
Who bills Meta fees?
Meta does, directly to your WABA payment method.HookMyApp does not bill Meta fees on your behalf and adds no per-message markup. Your Meta message costs go straight to Meta.
