Change your display name
In WhatsApp Manager, open Phone numbers, select your number, open the Profile tab, edit the Display name, and submit. Meta reviews the change.Review statuses
Meta reviews display name changes. Most complete within 24 to 48 hours.| Status | Meaning |

What does “deferred” mean?
Meta defers a decision when extra review is needed. It usually resolves to approved within a few days with no action on your part. If it stays deferred for more than a week, contact Meta Business Support.Rejection reasons

Guidelines
Meta requires display names to:- Accurately represent your business
- Match your external branding (website, social media)
- Not include “Official”, “Verified”, or Meta brand names
- Not be generic terms or locations
- Not contain promotional language
